Standard Maintenance:
* Yaskawa robot body cleaning
* According to the on-site work, the robot body is dusted and cleaned.
* Body and 6-axis tool end fixation inspection
* Check whether the body and tools are well fixed.
* Check the limit stops of each axis
* Cable condition check
* Yaskawa robot maintenance, check the use and wear of robot signal cables, power cables, user cables, and body cables.
* Seal condition check
* Inspect the body gearbox, wrist, and other components for any signs of oil leakage or seepage.

Functional Measurements:
1. Up to the temperature check
Confirm whether the temperature of the motor is normal during operation through professional infrared temperature***, and compare whether the motor of each axis is consistent with the standard value through numerical values.
2. Noise checks
The noise detector is used to check whether there is any abnormality in the manual operation of the motor or gearbox, and thus serves as a standard to check the condition of the components.
3. Repeat precision inspection
Confirm that the repeatability of the robot is normal by using a dial gauge.
4. Mechanical zero measurement
Detects whether the robot's current zero position is consistent with the standard calibration position.
5. Check the status of the motor brake
Detect the voltage value of the open motor brake, and test the brake function of each axis motor.

Yaskawa robot maintenance parts replacement
1. Body oil replacement
Robot gearbox, balance cylinder or connecting rod oil change.
2. Robot SMB board inspection and battery replacement
Check whether the fixed connection of the SMB board is normal, and replace the battery.
Routine inspection of standard maintenance of control cabinets
1. Robot control cabinet cleaning
Clean the appearance of the robot control cabinet and dust the inside of the control cabinet.
2. Check the robustness of all components of the control cabinet
Check the fastening status of all components in the control cabinet.
3. Clean the teach pendant
Cleaning and sorting of teach pendants and cables.
4. Board indicator status
Check the status of each circuit board in the control cabinet and check the status of the circuit board.
5. Inspection of cables inside the control cabinet
All cable plugs in the control cabinet are securely connected and the cables are neat.
Control cabinet measurements
1. Power supply voltage measurement
Measure the incoming voltage, drive voltage, and power module voltage of the robot, and sample the waveform of each voltage through the oscilloscope to analyze the voltage as a whole.
2. Safety circuit testing
Check whether the safety circuit (AS.GS.ES) is running properly
3. Teach pendant function detection
Detect the validity of all keys, whether the emergency stop loop is normal, and test the touch screen and display function.
4. System calibration compensation value detection
Check whether the parameters of the robot calibration compensation value are consistent with the factory configuration value.
5. System backup and import detection
Check whether the bot can complete the program backup and re-import functions normally.
6. Hard disk space detection
Optimize the hard disk space of the robot control cabinet to ensure that the operating space is normal
7. Humidity check
By checking the control cabinet and ambient humidity, it is ensured that the robot is operating normally within the permitted use.
Replacement of maintenance parts
1. Replacement of the driver fan unit: Replacement of the driving unit cooling fan
2. Dust filter replacement: Dust filter replacement in the control cabinet
3. Auxiliary contactor contact replacement: Normally open and normally closed contacts of the auxiliary contactor in the control cabinet
4. Fuse replacement: Control cabinet fuse replacement
5. The motor is powered on and the indicator is replaced
